Firstly, sorry for being anonymous, but could not sign in properly, dont know what went wrong there.
Anyhow, i have been to Lauttasaari just yesterday, and returned to my country...some of the leaves have still remained on the trees, maybe just for me. It was a wonderful time, wonderful days, makes me so sentimental and nostalgic thinking of it..
When i read what you have wrote and how you described the nights there on the island, it all became alive in my memory, thank you for that.

Hello Sally, nice to hear it. since then we have been wrapped in clouds of white snow, and right now the whole island is covered in white. It's very beautiful, if you are on the insude, very wet if you are in the middle of it, and very slippery if you happen to drive through it. Friends will go skiing tomorrow is the snow stays...

Metro no metro

Woop woop, with a bang and a whizz the small mall reopened, only half a year late. And yes, we can now see the metro signs, and the stairs going down undergrund. But we have no access. The metro is delayed, following a delay, that came on top of another delay. Also, the main road in front of the mall is a bumpy one, to state it mildly. Yes, i know all these gripes are of minor importance, that there are larger fish to fry, but these issues affect me every day. They are a part of my existence, and so i think i can whine about them, at least a little bit. Because in so many ways life is both about the little things, and the big things, all mixed up. Know what i mean?
